I know he filed. The web-form says thanks and then you get an email from the investigator on Wacker a week later. If he provides email proof, then what?

Yes, I am focused on the debit because it is so f*cking egregious. Then I get censured and he does another victory lap. Half of these responses are defending this BS. The guy is doing a Madoff and blaming the whistle-blower. I realize this is penny-ante, but it's the hand we're dealt. This is beyond satire. You don't find their side to be utterly ridiculous? And then the scam continues on a new and improved thread?

Don't forget that you're posting here. I respect your opinion as well, but five responses to his NFA complaint? I'll admit it's becoming tiresome.

All I asked for was proof that he filed. If he provides it later, what does that mean? Nothing right? Sooner would be better though, wouldn't it?

Please read again what I said about the debit, and if not familiar with IAS and GAAP, check those out. You will realise that not only am I criticising the easy acceptance of a debit as profit, I'm insulting all those who do.

That Agate thing was not just newsworthy, it was the proverbial elephant in the room. Bone must have been pretty bloody desperate to try crap like that.
