spread on ER2

does anyone know what is the average cost that a trader spends on just the spread alone on ER2? (just one trade)

i understand that the spread can change quickly...
is there a way I can find out exactly how much went towards the spread cost for each trade? I have IB




and if the ER2 is usually $10 a spread...how about IWM and RUT options?
