Spread margins

Does anyone know if TOS or IB utilize credits towards spread margins. Say one does calander spreads between front month and following month in Eurodollars or Crude or ES? Be nice to know that was possible.
 
Don't quote me on this, but I don't think they do. I was testing out some spreads in paper trader and its got the full margin on my ZW spreads I've been trading.

I seem to recall that IB does NOT reduce margins at all, on spreads.

I sent en email to them asking about spreads, after a week (dismal customer service, you know), got a reply, that they don't have reduced margin for spreads.

But don't take my word for it, write to them directly, to be sure.
 
We do utilize pretty much all legitimate credits towards spread margins. Why do not you try our demo to see it yourself?
