I looked, not too promising yet but they are on the right idea. As for offering spot Oil and their business model, I guess you'll have to call them a "Barrel Shop".
ive downloaded odl mt-4 platform they have oil on there platform don't know if it's spot but the current price is around, bid 68.22-ask 68.31 with 100-1 leverage i put in 1 lot=1,000 barrels every pip movement is $10.00, margin use was only 681.22
