Sporadic Connectivity @ eSignal

just came up at 10:00 CT - but charts not working

how hard is it to keep Esignal running during a volatile expiration week!? don't need it working perfectly when market is stagnant - need it now!

Thanks all for the reports. This started by a power outage in one of our server farms, and the backup power generators did not kick-in. We subsequently switched all connectivity to our secondary location, however this process is taking longer than expected.

Please stay tuned for further information about this issue.

Me too. Had realtime feed buit missed data. So tried to download the missing data. Didn't work.
So i closed Esignal as suggested by Esignal and reopened it.

Result: Nothing works anymore. I have nothing left now, no realtime feed, no possibility to download data, no connection to customer support either.

I will look for a second data supplier, i miss today more profits than a yearly subscription to Esignal.
