Looking to it, at this stage, I'd say the hardest thing was the psychology.
Acquiring techniques, was more about time. The psychology/spirituality - still much to do I am sure- had been the hardest. Funnily enough, at the start, I was litterally laughing about the need of psychology for trading. I was like "please just give me the strategy, don't bother me with your psycho/spirituality gibberish... ". Exactly what a family member who wants to get into trading is telling me.lol.
