I am coming back to it, to see, measure and check again.
There were so many "interferences" that I had to make some last minutes changes: thanks for your encouragements.
Being careful about the details of such office place is just something
I am not fully used to.

I think I have not properly thanked you again for you trading business advice. Checking the place again! I am really glad that you understood how to make this work. :) . And I am glad you too can see the vision of what is possible and how so many people will benefit :) . Please realise that just this tiny information means a lot.
Your advice is very much appreciated. I am still learning all these details about what to check. Thanks again for preventing me to fall into basic business traps. Funny how just choosing a good place is important : never realised that it is important to protect the "brainy' people ". Well, I guess I should know by now! lol. I will do my very best. Now, as I am still on the "2014 new year high", so really I don't have any negativity
in my heart to deal with yesterday's last loonies sh*%t.
I first thought to advise "please come back the day after tomorrow to see if I
had enough negativity to deal with the last loonie" , but following some conversation, I realise I may be should throw in some goodies to the last loonie :

" You have a choice : get help or continue suffering - as demonstrated by your latest actions.

The help is easy : book yourself NOW and go NOW ASAP to some
www.dhamma.org.
If necessary take a plane to go to the one starting ASAP. Do not waste time. :).
Make the most of 2014: 2014 has already started. lol.
It is not religious : whetever religion, cult or whatever you are involved in, does not matter.
Just go and learn the technique.

- Just make sure you hold on for the full 10 days.
- Follow the instructions to the letter.
- Make sure you stay in the common hall as much as possible
to help your motivation while there.

Don't worry, the others there will also be dealing with their own mental impurities,
just like you will be dealing with your own mental defilements.

After that, take another one for maximum effects.
If after these 2 sessions, you are still not getting it and feel like letting me know about you , inspite of me not wanting to know anything about you - that would be a real
exception - please do yourself a favor and go for a 12 months, 16hrs/day
meditation. That will get you to the core of your negative programming.

When finished, no need to thank me. A sign you are "cured" from whatever
impurities run in you, will be that I do not hear from you again! lol.

Here is a rough draft of the "classic" majors.

I am now understanding the real benefit of meditation : seeing things as they really are.

Now - the next step - as the mental health and physical health is fully restored - is to work on reaching the trading goal.
Trading being all about money, it means , sorting out any mental issues regarding money.
It is about developing a HEALTHY attitude about money.

One of my exercises, is to go through "the Science of getting Rich",
and demolish any attitude/belief regarding money, and how to become rich.
There are two ways : the "creative method", and the "competitive method".

Just a note : this is the best sets of videos I found.
I guess it was made in view of helping "lift" those who - historically in the US - paid the heaviest price in the "pursuit of money". So please, see beyond the "ethnic targetting".

I do not have to share the techniques and tools used in the coaching. But I do it, with authorization, as I sincerely wish that it will benefit first any "pal" who needs it, as well as anybody who - hopefully- will start to understand that wealth can be spread without "taking from others", or "destroying others", of using "negative ways". A megre contribution.
 
Putting the "analysis" is fine. As I know understand the difference between T-R-A-D-I-N-G and doing analysis.

I will add the price levels of interests, when it is done.

I have to say, that going over the "science of getting rich" exercises over the last day, is really making me understand some people's motivations. Some people were willing to go the nasty route, sell their a$$, for some piece of paper. lol.
