"spirituality" videos - Part II

I am obviously looking forward to see my dear "inverse banana skin acquaintance". LOL. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to thank his very athletic tiny body Asian female colleague, as I had to leave quickly. This Lady just exuded so much purity, and she was so tiny, and so elegant at the same time. Her really short hair, and very black hair were so shiny and extremely beautiful. She could not help laughing and smiling. Unfortunately, any conversation was interrupted. Any way THANK YOU for sending her and her friends. I would not have had such a wonderful experience without her and her community.
I do not think I will need the same thing from the coach now.
I understand much better how he did thing and what principles drove his advices. But I am sure he will love to hear it all about this retreat experience. :) :) :) .
Obviously, I will be deepening my knowledge of Bouddhism, but only from far East Asia and south East Asian filter. I actually feel very motivated to finance on long term the construction of Bouddhist institutions - obviously filtered via south east and far east Asian filters/perspectives. And spread the good thing I have seen and experienced here. I know of one continent that will benefit very greatly of spending more time with the very good mentality I have seen here. God Bless them.

I was mostly astonished about their notion of human purity/impurities. And the first day as I discussed with one volunteer staff, I kind of understood that all my past stalking problems will disappear as I will get a notion about purities/impurities.
And it is strangely true : removing during the day ( 3 meditations a day of one hour each now), I feel what it means to remove impurities from one's mind/psychology/spirituality.
Just now, time to go and taste a really good "mini" restaurant I have discovered here.
I appreciated the vegetarian meals, but just now, I still have to shake out the bad habit of meat eating. I will start by replacing it later on with seafood instead of meat. But just now I accept my weaknesses : :D :D :D

This week-end is about preparing for my trading week.

I have to say the miracle about this meditations is
my mind basically filters in only what I want to see.
It is as if the meditation program my mind for the day.

First, I simply can not help noticing how handsome and good looking male and female Asians here are. They definitively have something very unique. :) :) :).
Also, this place is very diverse, a real melting pot of ethnicities.
This is really the first time I see that in a full city, and it is just so amazing to look to a face and see different parts of the world gathered into a beautiful face. Grace and beauty here in plenty. :).
God bless these people for opening my mindset.

And I am learning about abundance : how to produce abundantly.

This week, let's see about producing abundance of money. LOL.
I am certainly VERY happy and really looking forward to this trading week, and of course of meeting all my different asian-friendly people. :).

Effects of the meditation retreats on trading : very good.
The week started out fine.

First mistake : I did not stop after significant positive performance.
I need to get check my "plan the trader" on a daily basis.

Then the following days were fine.

Then disaster stroke : left my computer as I had pressing "nature call". By the time I came back, all the week target profits were wiped. The ECB announcement ...
I should have been rushing back to the screen,
instead I left the trades on, did not move all the stops (!),
then went for a meal with no care in the world!

I strangely stayed extremely calm : no panicking, no upset,...


Went back into it, and in 6 hours generated all the money.


1) I am glad we restarted with a relatively really small account.
Though my weekly targets are more than average westerners' wages.

2) I am reviewing what I did well - sticking to the plan.

3) I am reviewing my mistakes :

- leaving the screen and taking it too easy.

- making sure I follow "plan the trader", aka one day break after a good trading day.

4) Improvements I am considering
- adding some scalping thing I observed.
Even if I can add 100 pips daily via scalping, I take it.
- hiring a freelance coder to code some EAs - not that these
are profitable EAs, but their behaviour on a demo will help
keep me in check during live trading.

Basically, what made the difference was my emotional absolute
non-reaction after the wipeout.
I still have much to learn and improve.
I will be concentrating the next 3 weeks and keep track of what
was good and of mistakes.

So target reached, but major mistakes made.
 
I am obviously very happy to be in this part of the world.
South East and Far East Asians really have something very unique and beautiful inside them. I am really glad to be learning again via life experience.

The meditation is really helping.
And we are now moving out of the former psychological patterns.
I am glad I am leaving these behind. I was very happy that as soon as the var reached the limit, I with no hesitations liquidated all the positions. This with no emotions, no upset. Before I would have been thinking the time corresponding to each closed trade.


Psychologically/spirituality, learning about human nature.
I can not fully understand yet why the coach has asked me to reflect about what is essential as far as "human relationships" are concerned. And refect on a set of very eye-opener videos, such as :

... former multi-millionnaire ( >100 millions net worth) with 19 companies worldwide...
... one can meet , while volunteering, quiet a lot of people who would have never guessed 20 years down the road "how things could change".

LOL. I guess I can only do these psychology/spirituality exercises only because I have dejunked a lot ( spent a LOT of money on psys, and coach exercises, and retreats,...).

My worksheet of 2 columns :

* Victims did not do anything - just a "vehicule" to get the karma back:

1) cases like the old couple example was so shocking, that some judges just swore they'd get maddock. If not for these old couple victim, if it was just young and healthy people who just could get back easily, the judges would not have felt outraged. They were just a "vehicle" for justice to be done.

2) they got a good samaritan to step in, and offer them a job
( good karma)

3) employer praising the couple's attitude ( good karma)

* Victims are actually receiving their bad karma back.

the lady had many really bad things occuring at the same time:
- mum died
- mum inheritance ( good thing) gone. ( bad karma)
Same as video of people who lose 1million $ money gift!
- life savings gone
- just in an economic environment where
her job market value goes down ( bad karma).


I don't think I'd been able to continue with the coach if this had been one of the first exercises! lol.


I guess it clears up all the matters for me :
I could not understand how on earth did I attract all this crap???

I now understand better the "bigger picture".
Because I have a "noble character", my character was like the wall pillar they needed to come across sooner or later.

Nothing to do with me, just Karma in play to get some issues sorted.

At least, I am understanding better how I need to reflect on my bad experience. I am happy to put myself on having been just a vehicle, to get the karma working back to some people whose mindset/behavior are just not "recommendable".

I guess in trading "psychology/spirituality", it is best to clear up any crap that could affect the trading in any way.

I really feel I deserve to be in a hot and sunny place when back home it is awful.

However, I am very happy to go back home, to pick up some people and who knows - depending on how the trading goes there- we might all enjoy some good rest :http://www.thechateau.com.my/
