It just occured to me that some people MIGHT believe that vipassana and other Buddhist retreats are enough , and allow one to avoid the clinical pychiatrist.
Sorry to disappoint : these are complementary activities.
I really don't understand why traders ( and people generally) absolutely want to avoid the clinical psy.
hmmm... I am actually glad to notice that back home, the new government has now a policy of offering free psychology sessions, and even promoting shows with strong psychological understanding content.

Do as much clinical psy sessions as possible to go through the full list of :
- crap you've done.
- crap done to you.
the vipassana are no replacements for clinical psy. One still needs to deal with "conceptualising" how the human mind works.
