:D Yep I have learned how to make use of the best agencies ( border control + top investigative agencies) for the job.

Their own fault : if someone is not interested in drugs or "escorting" nor having look-alike to p mess up their reputation, respect their choices. May be some people have their own goals and plans.

I am still continuing the "de-junking". So much that yesterday, I just wanted to get on with it and missed the puppet theater show! I guess I will do the mickey one instead. There is really everything for everybody in this town. So much that I wonder if this saga is increasing the number of visitors into some backpackers' places.
 
Basically the de-junking :
- listing all the crap one has done, seen, been at the receiving end of.
- working each crap: from different perspectives, the psychology/spiritual aspects involved, including analyzing the factors of mental illness.
- finding any other crap, linking all of these and understanding the decision-making process.

Layer after layers, the onion got fully peeled. :)
 
And at the end, one understands that it is all about decision-making process :

- is it a conscious decision-making process or an unconscious-decision making process?
- is it an unconscious-decision making process :
what is it based on?
where does the "on" came from to start with?

Finally it is realizing that one's re-actions are not about the stimuli, but about what is all inside oneself.

I now understand better why some people say:
- trading is a reflection of one's psychology.
- trading is a very expensive way to find oneself! lol
- introduce any "jerk" you know to trading!!!
 
For those who are mentally stable , the 10-day meditation type - vipassana - that created miracles in the most hardened criminals, main website is http://www.dhamma.org/en/.

It is actually very important to be mentally stable . These people have seen many people going through it and understand who it is not good for.

"Colorado-based clinical psychologist Dr. Lois Vanderkooi, who has written on meditation-related psychosis, points out that screening is important when intensive meditation is involved and suggests that it can be done easily with a questionnaire that asks about psychiatric history. "
 
On the other side, apparently, people with alcohol "problem", etc... have been able to find a solution in this form of retreats. One lad did 3 sessions of vipassana over 1.5 years to clear some very serious problems. So, one needs to do one own's homework.
 
I am amazed that I have done all the conscious dejunking : I like looking inside and
I only see positive feelings, emotions and thoughts.

Test: I received some negative stimuli, and I could see how someone else could react negatively, but I did not see anything in me to react negatively. I could understand why the negative stimuli was generated and the purpose ( positive/negative ), but the stimuli only
raised awareness of making arrangements to ensure peace of mind.

Test: as the first trading day of the month is coming, and of course Eur and Gbp are my 1st day of the month pair - though I regret this is not a monday first day of the month- I do not feel the rush or excitement of coming trading profits. And the mind chatters about what one can do to get more is no more.
I am only visualizing what type of behaviours I want to see when taking the trades, and, when I put a break-even stop.
The position sizing does not even bother me : a small one will do just now as I only want to get the portfolio var distribution during a trading campain.

Test: thinking of the coming month, I realize that I have ample time. Before, I would start to fear the boredom and start a huge list to use the time up and make sure there would not be a second free. I guess I don't need many daily hour to implement the behaviour I want to trade. Now, I just want to do what I really want to do, and have ample time to extend the time to spend on something if I like it.
 
I am really amazed that I have managed to "de-junk" so much.


First, I am realizing the depth of emotional/psychological/piritual "problems" many people have inside them, without even themselves understanding. I never really thought hard about mental illness either.

I guess we are all learning as much as we can about the working of the human mind, so as
to make the best choices and be the best contributors.

Now, with insight, 3 years ago I would have been better off going to a
vipassana 10days retreat, then another 9 months bouddhist retreat.
This would have really made things much better.
The 9 months there would have allowed me to really find much quickly
how to bring solutions to complex problems.

Very good insight about how some parts of the mind works.
