First things first : thank you for showing me a way.

I have been accepted for a short Buddhist retreat.
The only thing they wanted to know was IF I had any mental disorders, etc... and turns out that NO.

.
With all the last couple of years experiences, one could be having some doubts! lol.
It was interesting to
understand that mental disorders were related to brain chemical
inbalances ( overproduction, or under production ....) , thus why medical and psychiatrist were first needed before they could accept anybody in this type of retreats. All the more, that these retreats are known to exacerbate any mental disorders.
Their questionnaires was really thorough. I guess they'd rather avoid taking people who could "turn funny" during their retreats.
Thus I will do my best to survive the short 2 weeks retreat.

I am very glad I will first be doing some skydiving. LOL.
So that's my october schedule booked : week of extra time here + skyjumping + Buddhist meditation retreat.
I guess November will be about deepening the Buddhism understanding , putting it in practice ( how?

).
