Man. You missed the important psychology/spirituality parts.
Actually very useful as it inspired some traders ( under Satan's heat) to came clean and honest few days ago.
the trading techniques, screen-time, being able to trade just based on price : done.
the psychology/spirituality : done as well, as I can self-monitor and ask the professionals what it is really about, and what I can do about it.
Taking it easy to reflect on this whole experience and take it even easier.
Which next country to visit?
It's quiet funny that the coach asked me to journal how I feel about this whole saga - now he says the harassment is finished . .
.- I could be super angry that these deranged people were left to roam for free and create havock with - so they believed - with total impunity.
- But actually I first fully forgive the pal " who brought this whole mess", in the same way I asked all my family forgiveness for being blind and not realising what was happening, hence alerting them too late about the whole mess, and leaving them to cope as best as they could with some very strange and difficult situations. Obviously, at least 2 family members are taking up law and psychology major studies. lol.
- I also obviously look to the mentally ill people involved with a regard of compassion. To do what they do, when normal people would have some "internal restreints", is really astonishing. I guess I always assumed everybody are kind of decent - at the exception of extremely very few bad apples. Now I know that I was clueless about mental illness. And I will always encourage those who need it to get professional help : no need to let them get worse in their illness.

Continuing on looking to how I feel about this whole saga.
- I have also a kind of optimism : if with all of that, I was able to keep improving and getting to a stage where I can trade only with prices, I now feel like I can really grab any concept in trading.
- I also now have no escuses, as this whole saga is finished

- I am realising that for the position sizing, I am just going to go for 0.1% risk/trade, and 10% portfolio var risk. And review after 6 months how to change this. Just now, I am sick and tired of these position sizing issues. This till I can find someone who knows how to optimize position sizes. Till then, I am just going "safety first".

I really can not understand why on earth I would be involved or have anything to do with this type of industry. I am just a trader.

Obviously the advice "when you are not really into someone , first finish totally with the person, do not make any move till it is all sorted THEN, AFTER all is sorted, go and look for someone else " is a very sound one.
Glad I have always applied this advice, even when separated! lol
Some pals did not know I was then 'not available', but went their way to spread prostitution lies! lol.
Obviously I can imagine how - IF with zero morals and ethics - the 'escort' industry looked very appealing specially as I guess nobody is supposed to out customers or providers... till a customer get pissed off...
Quiet interestingly, few years ago one friend fell head over heels for a woman. For some reasons, we sensed there was something not quiet right... after a while we advised the guy to basically 'set her for life and see what happen'. As soon as she received the money in her own account, and had the flat paid for on her own name, she basically left the friend. He learned a lesson in his own terms... he is now with an extremely beautiful and sane and healthy minded gal.
There is one perfect person for each one.

Open a notebook : on the left page write the day, time, who did what, said what. Then on the right page, write Is it true?

I think enough lies/slandering/defamation were made , and it is understandable that I will always go for a face to face at an airport after biometric passport check. And whatever assertions one has, just write on your notebook and we can discuss that at an airport after biometric passport check of course.
Now, whoever is still into prostitutas or pimps, I wash my hands.
I am very glad people realise I had nothing to do with this whole thing.

- sort out any source of anxiety, stress BEFORE trading.
- only trade small sizes till the issues are sorted
- do not let any issue unsorted as it has the potential to grow.
