There is q distinction between slaving away at a mindless, pointless, slutifying job , extremely boring and rat-racing tasks
vs advancing an exhilarating, laugh-flled, creativity-stimulating a entreprise.
The first one is indeed "hard work" and match for the believers in hard work , and the other is more passionate activity, and would not qualify as hard work.

Now for trading, I guess after the learning phase,
trading can be hardwork if it is not someone's passion - extreme boredom, etc...
but trading can be real fun for someone who really love it.

I am sure they believe that what they do is ok, fine and justified, and even that they can be very proud of it.
I am certain the person who filmed it and the others who just let the person film it, would be upset should they be advised to go and see a clinical psychiatrist.
