I realise I am very lucky to be able to come
across this good samaritan.
I went sporting briefly with his companion -
really kind woman for a really nice man. Really
nice insights.
What I can say is : he has
1) my best interest at heart
2) willing to help me improve
3) show me how and/or goes the length to get
people who know how.
This was only possible because I was willing
to learn, as well. The teacher can only teach
as much as the pupil is willing to learn.
We have also spent some time discussing of my getting
back into volunteering/charity thing. What I want to
achieve in it , .... very interesting discussion as I
am realising that volunteering actually brought a lot
in me in terms of personal development in a way
I never realised.
I think one of my projects will be to literally pay people
to attend some psy/spiritual workshops and hire some
psy to run these. And may be coupled this with a one month
fully paid lifestyle change retreats.
The more I think and the more I realise that not
everybody is lucky enough to be able to afford psy sessions,
or even be aware of the benefits of these.
Because of my working with some psy, I have gained a really deep respect for the clinical psychiatrists who are well qualified and have extensive
experiences- these people are the first league of psy. The insight they have on the human mind is mindblowing. Obviously they can only give as much as the customer can absorb.
