"spirituality" videos - Part II

I am really enjoying patience. I see it as the necessary time to collect my 100pips.

Now with some better understandings of chakras, I now understand the next step : how we are going to work with the coach tp create a lifestyle that aligns with my reaching my noble and fantastic targets.
I am glad that from the start, I did not argue about what I was advised to do.
Now just doing the prep prep prep, while being patients with the profits.
 
Today prep prep prep to ease back into trading in a gentle way. :)
Psychology and spirituality are just so key to trading.
Prep prep prep. Then discussion about how my lifestyle is going to change slowly but surely. :D
 
Funny how just having the facts, checking these, asking questions really allowed me to see what was true, what was false. I guess liars just love lying.They are a joke, and don't even realise they need a very good psy. lol.
 
One main change in the lifestyle is 5 meditation sessions daily.
I think this one is really new to me. The coach did hint about it already.
I only remember managing 2 sessions in a day, so 5 sessions is a huge change.

so far, the effects of meditating is not fully visible. I just need to stick at my 5 meditation sessions daily, and may be in 3 fortnights, I will be able to understand what effects it will have on my psychology, hence trading.
So far, this is just cutting my trading day. As I am doing prep prep pre, not much worries. I just wonder about these 5 meditation sessions, when I have trades running how this will turn out.

Just now, I can really say that sorting out one mental AND spiritual is very important for some traders - like me. :D :D :D
 
In a strange way, with this new regime, I am also starting to find some strength to do "mundane" tasks. lol.
I can really say that trading life - including prep- is becoming a pure pleasure. I am more and more finding trading easier.
-May be because I am not actually putting trades everyday.
-May be because I am enjoying the environment and the people.
-May be because I am finding trading spots with superbe views.
-May be I am really enjoying meeting very good people ( I am particularly impressed by the free organic restaurant. yes this exist.
One can really taste the love. :). well... now I am enrolled for one evening of organic cooking.
-May be I really like the values and culture here.
Let's say a happy mind, makes for easier trading.
Next couple of days travelling to a "jungle city".
May be I'll meditate 10 times a day.lol.

Good day in view.
But no trades, only prep prep prep. I guess this is to control
the dynamics
win, can lead to overconfidence , can lead to complacency

Now we are doing
win, lead to rewards, lead to prep prep pre, lead to var var var , lead to win.
So changing the psychological dynamics.

Also, I am really glad to have met a guy I met a long long long time ago in my office ( scrutton). lol. So I have not changed!!! Really great to now undestand from his point of view what happened - he too was just played with ( lies, misrepresentations, deceit, threats, pimps' hoes temptations, etc...).
We just commiserated on how my goals were made more difficult because of some lunatic assholes,...
how all the people who should have benefitted lost out all because of some lunatic assholes.
I am really glad to have met this lad - too short a meeting really.
It was just so emotional. He too went through a LOT. Makes me want to see the others and really find out from their own mouth the facts, just the facts. I am sure they too must have been threatened, deceived, lied to, tempted.
Never thought all these good intentions would turn out into a nightmare for all because some lunatic assholes did not see a psychiatrist....
time for some prep prep pre
 
I am glad I have been on the prep prep prep today.
Amazing that trading is now really a mind game ( aka psychology/spirituality thing) :
- what were the thoughts today?
- thoughts generating good energy or not?
- who did you interact with?
- did this interactions generate good energy or not?
Never in the past realised that just asking these questions
can help determine if a day should be on prep prep prep, or
day to take trades or day just to do some var studies.

Now I am starting to understand better why the coach is
insisting about 5 meditations sessions a day, monitoring
of all external interactions I am having, etc...

Being a successful trader is not just techniques.
Now I understand why it is very much like athletes:
making sure that the psychology is right, the environment
aka spirituality is right.

I can understand people who believe that trading is about
techniques. Actually in my opinion every technique does
work. The hard thing now is really sticking to the lifestyle
that is very much changing into extremely healthy lifestyle.
The meditation : being barefoot on the grass, the music and the oil scents really is calming me a lot. But doing that 5 times a day, everyday. Just one day is really tough. lol.
Glad I am travelling for a couple of days. :)
 
I think the coach is doing something right.
Much calmer, more clarity. Less accepting of bullshit.
So 2 days of prep prep and prep when time permits.
Meditation : 5 times sessions of 30 minutes. Not easy to find grass spots so as to feel the grass. I am just trying to stick to the discipline.

Looks like things are now getting into place: slowly but surely.
This coach is just so great, like an angel. I feel extremely lucky.
Amazing the miracles one good samaritan can do. :)
