No you are not the first one to chime in.
As the thread main objective was to help me deal with a VERY difficult situation - due to stalkers and harassers who obviously would do well to do their www.dhamma.org at least 2 or 3 times if one time is not enough. 4 other websites are kind of link - communication point of view - with this thread.
The thread allowed the various coaches I used to check my progress as well.

What you will learn : techniques ( I did not list all the coaching techniques) to improve one's psychology/spirituality. This is extremely useful for traders, specially when this psychology/spirituality is being polluted by clearly unwanted, clearly unsollicited "communications" or any forms of communications by people I absolutely do not wish to have any contacts with in any form.
Obviously it looks like indis really are the last one who have difficulties understanding that if someone says NO, it is best to not continue harassing the person. May be they are really genetically degenerates.

For the "females" : I am in Asia, so any problems you have, had or whatever : nothing to do with me. Lookalikes were used on me and my family and some pals, and you were happy about it : same to you BUT for a psy. At least that is not for a medical practitioner ( GP, surgeon....). Your best move is to take as many psys as you can and get the substitute psy to "work a bit" - substituting many psy is a lot more work.

In fact, I am started to be really annoyed about all of this.
It feels like every one of my relations are being interferred with.
It is a very disagreable experience.

Going over some institutional spreads values vs retail spreads, is really instructive.
9 pips spread vs 1 pip spread! yuk. For a rountrip, that is 18pips vs 2 pips!!!

I realised that someone is wondering how to go about the
issues of " shame and humiliation". First, if you have been trying to
pcik my brain via the indi student :
- know that you are doing something bad, and , sorry to let you know
expect to lose something extremely precious and find out only
many years later.
- second this also is a form of theft : so feel free to look straight in the miror
and repeat "I am a thief, I steal. I take something that is not meant for me.
I am a thief. I take without authorization. I am a thief. ".
- third I hope for you, you are not picking someone' s ( my) brain to then
go and sell it to someone "consulting" with you. I leave it to your imagination,
how all of this will turn down against your own best interests.

My best suggestion - as FIRST steps :):

1) www.dhamma.org : stupid, but this is the most effective method I have seen.
ALL the people I have sent in there, have been able to see straight into the real
root of their problems.

2) As many psy - it is OK to use even 14 a week ( up to 14 different one, one time a week) , to talk about everything regarding your issue of shame and humiliation. The key is openess and honesty.
 
Now, the asshole ( sorry but you are), also tried to pick up my brain about
"someone who at age of ...., had never had sex....".
By best advice to this lad : Keep your head high, and keep looking for the valuable
"pussy" you will put your dick in. Your dick is valuable and only the best for you :
no whores for you ( imagine sharing the same "bread" as god knows how many other "eaters"). So keep your head up, and keep being extremely selective.
And, unbeknown to you, you are actually cultivating some special things that only
very much initiated "Asian" deeply knowledgeable people know about.
I'll discuss face 2 face , with shiny eyes, about everything involved. Lucky lad.
