Bush’s eight years in office, from 2001 through 2008, the U.S. government provided about $1.1 billion to Ukraine,
Congress almost doubled the amount of aid provided to Ukraine during President Barack Obama’s eight years in the White House, supplying $2.1 billion.
Lawmakers approved another significant chunk of aid in 2017 -- the first year of Trump's term, giving Ukraine $446 million. In 2018, that slipped to $350 million.
(And in 2019 after Trump was caught in a bribery and extortion scandal...) we add...

European countries have contributed an estimated two-thirds of all of the aid to Ukraine since Russia annexed Crimea in 2014 and launched a conflict in the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine, according to Iain King, a visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

You really aren't that good at math. Can you 2.1 billion by 8 (years)? What does that average out to? Now multiply that by 3 (Trump's 3 years) and get back to us.

Any sign that is is deteriorating or diminishing is out of the question, something that cannot and will not be tolerated. This is when the narcissist is most at risk for suicidal behavior.
