What special features do you love about your broker? Are there any new trading tools.

E.g. AON, OCO, IOC, Order-cancels-all, trailing stops, option stops based on stock price, etc...

What trading platforms can you not live without?

ARCA (REDI), INCA (ISLD) of course... how about anything else?

I like the customer service aspect of IB for two reasons- 1) they can be really obnoxious, so it helps me work on my interpersonal skills - 2) they can be really obnoxious, so I'm forced to make sure I really know what the deal is before I call.

I've learned alot this way about exchange rules and the like.
