I reviewed his past posts, and he hasn't really shown a pattern of promoting so I'm going to hold off on dealing with that guy for the time being.

He just seemed educated to me, and wanted to provide people with details on the topic through a link.
Granted though, seems like he spent a lot of time thinking about how he was going to write that post.
