This Pic is one of several that appear on my Duck Duck Go start page whenever I refresh. It's a rocket launch from Space X.

What are the towers that surround the rocket? They are not providing physical support to the rocket. It looks like there is something supported by the towers that are the same height as the rocket.

What are they? What do they do ?
