99% of the food we get from the supermarket contains

insecticide/pesticide/chemicals/man-made food/plastics.

And those food looks very colorful/nice and

One of the best place to stay is in a small village in India.
Most small farmers are so poor that they couldn't buy insecticide/pesticide.
Ended up their crops has poor yield, and looks ugly.
The small farmers rioted recently because Modi wanted to combine
small farmers into big farmers.
Big farmers can afford to buy insecticide/pesticide/chemicals/toxins

Alternatively, grow your own food.

Farmers are having a tough time right now, with farmers' strikes happening all across Europe. Costs are rising, but the prices for their produce are low :( However, there's hope, as people have started buying more local and organic products.
