The guy sounds like a reasonable person, it really is sad that tragic things happen to people like that. Ill be waiting to see how his tone changes once the poverty pimps and race hustlers get ahold of him. If he is able to remain rational like he was here could just be the person who manages to connect the two sides in order to actually accomplish something with this issue.

Theres no doubt about it that 99% of their problems would be solved if they just listened to the police, but in this case the cop was clearly in the wrong he had no reason to shoot a guy in the back who was running away.

The funny thing about this case is watching liberals trip all over themselves trying to justify their opinion on the Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin shooting, which was proven wrong in court in both instances, based on the fact that this cop in this case is clearly guilty.

Sorry liberals these are 3 seperate cases, in the other 2 our system worked, and i am guessing that the system is going to work in this case too and that this guy will be convicted. Our justice system isnt this fantasy system that liberals have created in their head where it is impossible to find justice for a black person.

Just a hypothetical here, but imagine how badly America would burn if this cop actually got off? Every ghetto in america would be up in smoke within a couple hours.

Fox legal analyst: Planting weapons used to be “standard operating procedure” for cops

On Wednesday morning, “Fox & Friends” invited legal analyst Arthur Aidala onto the show to discuss the death of Walter Scott at the hands of Officer Michael Slager in North Charleston, S.C. In a recently surfaced video of the shooting, some have suggested that Slager can be seen planting a taser on the victim, to corroborate the story that Scott had been threatening him.

Aidala said that’s pretty much the norm.

“When I was in the DA’s office in the ’80s and ’90s, that was standard operating procedure,” he said. “Police officers — I hate to say this — would keep a second gun that nobody knew about on their ankle, so if they ever killed someone they shouldn’t have they would take that gun out…”


“That was before the iPhone and that would not be allowed,” said Brian Kilmeade. “Let me just ask you this…is this going to present a challenge if you’re representing the cop, the fact that he never helps the guy. He cuffed him, he walked away. The other cop comes and is helping him, trying to revive him–”

“Let’s face it, there’s going to be no sympathy for this police officer,” Aidala replies.

No, because justice will be served and all Sharpton will do is stir up a bunch of racial animosity and bullshit for nothing. When has Sharpton ever helped the situation by getting involved?

Only when Sharpton can generate controversy and media attention to attract money he will get involved. In this case he will not get involved.

The reality is that if the officer was not charged in this case it would be the proper type of case for black activists to get involved with. However Sharpton is much more likely to show up for the Duke Lacrosse case or the Tawana Brawley case.
