Brazil has some of the highest illiteracy rates in the world.

SouthAmerica: Those who live in Brazi are gifted with telepathy. Reading and writing are largely overrated anyway, and business is conducted by communal thought processing. Occasionally, the Vulcan "Mind Meld" is used, but those situations are rare. Any other stupid questions?

I'm sure SA sticks by his prediction of the US becoming a third world country and Brazil a superpower to be reckoned with where nobody can read or write.
