I am in San Diego. I was looking for traders in Central or South America.

They do have 512/128 cable in San Jose and near by areas. I was looking at a small house $350.00 a month rent in a two way cable area. Ping times to NY 100MS and Los Angeles 100ms

It has improved a lot in the last few years, and they're currently laying fiberoptics all over the country so is about to get real fast.
