This type of societal breakdown can not be found in asia and south america. So colonialism is not an excuse.

Zimbabwe is a good example of what a "normal" black state without outside interference looks like. Haiti anyone? how about Sierra Leone or Angola?

Somalia, Sierra Leone, Haiti, Angola are examples of normal black society.

Blacks in general have a natural proclivity to devolve into crime.

Look at the highest crime levels in US cities, all committed by blacks. Uniformly all pre-dominantly black cities are like South Africa. Whites live in gated patrolled enclaves while blacks run around car-jacking and raping.

Given a choice between singing and dancing, and working for a living, blacks would rather be singing and dancing like women, and robbing others to buy their daily bread.

That's why every black youth want's to be a "rap-star".

The solution is to let them figure it out themselves.

Stop giving them any Aid, you're destroying their self-initiative.

Because of western aid, sorghum is no longer planted in Chad. Aid sorghum is sold in the markets at 1/10 what farmers can grow it for. So next year they will have another famine.
