You refer to "wasn't discredited for any actions" but the IG referred to it being established that he lacked credibility which would put him and the department at risk for any actions on his part where people have to rely upon his credibility. Thus, it has already been established that he is a fucking liar so you now know that a fucking liar led the Hillary investigation. An investigation of stratospheric implications where the public is being asked to have confidence in the professionalism of the Bureau. It "does not carry over to the other" for you but it is a non-starter for the IG and Office of Professional Responsibility.

Apparently you are not morally or legally qualified to understand this basic point. Try putting McCabe before a jury and you will find that just the IG's report alone- without regard to future reports- makes McCabe a defense attorney's dream come true. The OPM and the IG know that. You don't, but you don't count.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office is warning that “many” news articles on the Trump-Russia probe have been wrong.

The statement from a spokesperson did not single out particular stories. But the warning did come after media inquiries about a McClatchy News story on Friday that said Mr. Mueller has evidence that President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, did in fact travel to Prague in 2016 as alleged by the Christopher Steele dossier.

“What I have been telling all reporters is that many stories about our investigation have been inaccurate,” the Mueller spokesperson said. “Be very cautious about any source that claims to have knowledge about our investigation and dig deep into what they claim before reporting on it. If another outlet reports something, don’t run with it unless you have your own sourcing to back it up.”


The statement was reported by the Daily Caller and confirmed by The Washington Times.

Yawn. So says you. Not being forthcoming in an administrative investigation does not impune the Clinton email investigation.

Also, there is a difference between not being forthcoming and a liar.

You’ll keep trying but not being forthcoming or his termination will not have any bearing on that investigation, even with Sessions as the AG.

Now, Horowitz’s other investigation may show other issues but these two will have bearing on each other.

And if anyone gets prosecuted or investigated there- say for example page, strzok, ohr, rosenstein, christopher steel, tony podesta, comey- you can bet your arse that there are going to be many examples- we have seen some already- where their word versus Andy's word is going to come into play. And if any of them become targets you also bet your arse that the fact that McCabe's credibility has already been determined to be in the shitter will become a defense talking point. In addition, Andy better be sure that he does not lie to Huber or one of the other for-real agents as we go forward as they interview him on all the various issues. So dont get so focused on the IG that you think the IG is the only one who is going to cause Andy heartburn.
