Source for intraday short interest?

Does anyone know of a source for intraday short interest?

They were saying that the pop today after the rate announcement could have something to do with short covering and it would be interesting to see if you could identify short interest beforehand.

There is not even a daily list. Only a monthly list is published by Nyse and Nasdaq.
