He once told me in a phone conversation that ToS "throttled back" the speed of the data feed so that it would not overtax the hardware resources of the trader ( processor speed and memory ). My jaw dropped to the floor . . . before I then asked him if he thought everyone was still using Pentium 3's and 1 Gig of RAM.

They should only provide monthly data then - it's the easiest of all on the computer!!
