just found your thread, we are new here joined asking for help and mostly get slapped. How are you doing now? And how is your mother's health? Sorry, I have no time to go through all the posts in your thread.
We are in the similar situation but different, we were very successful and already made profit for 1.5 mln$, but then, living in the Offshore jurisdiction - the Bahamas, were robbed by Suisse banks and while conducting our long and cruel legal war, we also now re-starting with 800$ account. You can! The only thing I know nothing about binary options, all great stories and all great traders we met personally o through the books are from futures industry. It is Chicago Mercantile Exchange. if you are minded to learn there I can share with you our teachers and books, most are available for free. Also, do not lose your hope - if you gave to the markets so much you only have learned a now first lesson - keep on your stop losses. Markets can give you back much more, but you need discipline, practice, learning.

There are three CFTC regulated binary options exchanges - Cantor Exchange, Nadex, and CBOE. You should not consider binary options from anyone else.

I have come as close to perfection trading my Forex binary option system virtually and would like to start placing a few live trades here and there between now and when I can return to full-time, dedicated trading in September, which is what the system requires if it is to be implemented in a manner such the the daily success rate remains in the neighborhood of 90%.

The catch is that I do not really wish to resume trading via my Nadex live account, which I ceased using in 2014. I therefore took a look at Cantor Exchange just now, but when I tried to sign up with them through their website, I found it was impossible to do so. Instead, I simply got this notice:

I live in Los Angeles, yet I cannot register or sigh up for their service by clicking on the corresponding buttons on their website?

So I sent them an email asking how do I access their service, assuming I still wish to do so now that I have seen the apparently bizarre manner in which they operate. Do I have to call the 212 telephone number they listed? (They didn't even have an 800 number. How crazy!)

And CBOE is even worse!

Apparently they offer only two binary options and neither of them are Forex. Plus they only have $100 contracts like Nadex—so I have no interest in their service whatsoever!

I get it. It is a matter of taste. I personally love the U.S. and that is why I intend to move there. Brazil is a beautiful place to visit. Great beaches, awesome restaurants, lots of other natural beauties... But that is about it. It is a terrible place to live in. And believe me, I live in Curitiba, one of the best cities in the country. But even here the people are extremely ignorant and even the people with higher degrees of education live in the constant paradox of criticizing the government while attributing it more and more functions and then wondering what went wrong when shit hits the fan.
To me, the great thing about the U.S. is that there is at least a good portion of the population that is not (completetly) ignorant in that sense, even though this has gotten worse over the years. But still, for freedom loving people, I`m yet to find a place that even compares to the U.S. The constitution there is based on freedom. Here, to get to that point, we would have to literally rewrite the whole constitution, because it is full of communist shit.
I have lived in Italy too and despite what a lot of people think about Italy, I classify it as a shithole too, just as Brazil. Great place to visit, beautiful country, but that is about it.
Sure there are awfull places in every country in this world, but my definition considers the country as a whole, admitting that there will always be better and worse places in it, but the fundamental question to me is freedom loving people. In Brazil, there are almost NONE, literally. And from what I perceived in my time living in european countries, these people are very rare there too(I have friends in Austria that are just a step left from Karl Marx and the ones against these were leaning to the other fascist side, so just as bad...)

there is no country like good ol' USA. thats for sure..
