Considering that millions of young children get vaccines every year. Statistically it is likely one child somewhere will pass away within 24 hours of getting a vaccine. As noted in the autopsy, the vaccines had nothing to do with this child passing away.
 

Hepatitis B can be transmitted "through contact with infected body fluids like blood, saliva, vaginal fluids and semen".

Hepatitis B is "mainly spread through unprotected sexual activity or exposure to blood. The virus enters the body through a cut, a scraped area of skin or through mucous membranes (like the inside lining of the mouth)".

Just remember if kids get hurt in gym class or in the school playground there is potential for you child to get Hepatitis B via blood if a child is unvaccinated. Similarly if another child spits on your kid then they might get Hepatitis B if unvaccinated.
