I will also mention as a cohort the Amish suffered a very high Covid death rate.
Yes, the initial vaccines were effective against the original Covid, Alpha and Delta variants. They were not effective against the very infectious Omicron variants -- which is why a vaccine update had to be made to target Omicron.
This is obvious to everyone with half a brain -- but not apparent to the anti-vax Covid conspiracy theorists.
Tide slowly turning as it becomes official there were harms.
