Looks like Covid is picking up again. Friends and family in different states have it right now. Don't remember anybody I know getting it for several years.
They will be OK as long as they are not among 1/3 of Americans that are smokers, overweight, diabetic, did not know they had cancer, high blood pressure, heart disease, cardiovascular disease or they live with someone that is immune system compromised.
Also, Americas hospitals currently are not overwhelmed with Covid severe sick patients. Thus, they can get decent hospital care if their illness becomes severe and the hospital is properly staffed (many are not).
Tell them not to get the jab while sick with Covid even if it is a mild illness….too many health problems will arise because the immune system will go crazy…basic immunology 101.
Yet, I have recently met a few strangers while traveling and they said this is their 2nd infection (first infection was barely a cough and over a year ago)…this 2nd infection was much worst.
Drink lots of water with those electrolytes packs they can buy from their local pharmacist/grocery store, immuno C pak, vitamin D are very healthful if it is a mild illness.
A friend of mine that is a naturopathic medical doctor has been treating his patients with mild illness…Eucalyptus globulus, Thymus maroccanus, Zingiber officinale, Allium cepa, Olea europaea, and Allium sativumwere commonly used herbal remedies with the above vitamines and plenty of water with electrolytes…
He does send his severely ill Covid patients to a regular hospital.
By the way, my mom gets her medical herbs from her pharmacy or from some local herbal medicine store that sells health food products. She has never had Covid and is fully vaccinated/boosted.

Here is the full context that you do not want others to know…
Bourla talked about how omicron is more mild, but very infectious, posing a challenge for the vaccine. But the quote in the post leaves out important context about what he was discussing. He was referring to how well two doses of the vaccine protected specifically against infection by the omicron variant.
"We know that the two doses of the vaccine offer very limited protection, if any," he said. "The three doses, with the booster, they offer reasonable protection against hospitalization and deaths. Against deaths, I think very good, and less protection against infection."
In another interview the same day on CNBC, Bourla talked about the omicron wave and the need for better vaccine protection. He said Pfizer was working on a version of the vaccine that would offer "way, way better" protection against omicron, particularly against infections. He said the new vaccine would be available in March.
That new vaccine was reformulated to specifically be very effective against Omicron…it was release to the public soon after the interview.
A Covid variant that typically causes mild illness except for 1/3 of the population who are immune compromise or has one of comorbidities (e.g. diabeties, obesity, high blood pressure, asthma, smoker, heart disease et cetera)…
It is the 1/3 of the population who are at high risk for a severe illness from Omicron that results in hospitalization or death.
The Omicron wave soon collapsed after a large portion of the global population was vaccinated with the new vaccine version.
P.S. I am sorry that there is not a vaccine for intentional ignorance.
