The largest peer-reviewed study to date in the United States versus your continuation of using
hearsay statements from anti-vaxxers:
Comparing cancers in Vaccinated Americans versus cancers in Unvaccinated Americans.
Findings
The analysis included 2486 patients, of which 564 and 385 had received 2 or 3 doses of an mRNA vaccine prior to infection, respectively. Hematologic malignancies and recent receipt of systemic anti-neoplastic therapy were more frequent among vaccinated patients.
Vaccination was associated with improved outcomes...
Results
Based on eligibility criteria, 2486 patients with cancer and COVID-19 were included in the present study (
Supplementary Table S3). Of these, 564 (23%) and 385 (15%) patients were administered 2 and 3 doses of mRNA vaccines prior to COVID-19, respectively, while 1537 patients (62%) had no recorded receipt of any vaccination prior to COVID-19. Baseline clinical characteristics stratified by vaccination status are shown in
Table 1. Among all patients included, 1400 (56%) were female, and 1580 (64%) were non-Hispanic white.
Oh, wait...
If you don't like peer-reviewed studies that show vaccinated individuals have fewer cancers than unvaccinated individuals...
Take a look at the real-world data from the
American Cancer Society. I picked "Leukemia" only because I had a neighbor who died from "Leukemia" and she was
not vaccinated. Simply, COVID vaccination did not cause her death.
Top 10 states in America with "Leukemia"
- Florida
- California
- Texas
- New York
- Pennsylvania
- North Carolina
- Illinois
- Ohio
- Michigan
- New Jersey
Top 10 states in America by Vaccination Rates
- District of Columbia
- Rhode Island
- Vermont
- Massachusetts
- Maine
- Connecticut
- Hawaii
- New York
- Maryland
- New Jersey
Only a blind idiot would not be able to see that the top vaccinated states in America are not among the top states with "Leukemia" except for New York & New Jersey.
Your misinformation/disinformation is further exposed involving the link you posted to a Twitter source that talks about the following...
"There is evidence that cancers are occurring in excess after people receive COVID-19 vaccinations" - Dr. Risch
He goes on to talk about
Colon Cancer. Yet, he intentionally does not mention that more than half of all cases and deaths are attributable to modifiable risk factors, such as smoking, an unhealthy diet, high alcohol consumption, physical inactivity, and excess body weight.
Just as important, he does not discuss the attributable risk factors of those specific patients (e.g. 25 year olds he mentions). Also, he does not discuss that the screening rate during the Pandemic dropped below 50% (people were not seeking medical care/screening) in comparison to now increasing 25% more
after the Pandemic, as in, more cancers are being found.
- In fact, thousands of life-saving, preventive screenings that were canceled or postponed during the Pandemic would have minimized colon cancer cases and deaths that we're seeing today.
In addition, he ignores the obvious...the
base rate fallacy becomes a well-known factor among virologists, infection disease experts, and immunologists that mathematically shows the statistics of a highly vaccinated city, state, or country. For example, if EVERY PERSON in the state of New York was vaccinated...you can
not blame Vaccines as a cause of Cancer just as much as you can not blame wearing Tight Fitting Jeans as a cause of Cancer.
Another example, we all know people were less active, smoking more, increasing unhealthy diets, and higher alcohol consumption during the Pandemic (e.g. the shutdowns)...all of these are
risk factors for Colon Cancer.
Last of all, he refuses to acknowledge the well-known fact that viral infections increase the incidence rate of Colon Cancers. Simply, there's a reason why he NEVER mentions that globally there have been +770 million Covid infections.
It's the main reason why he does not maintain his own statistics on the vaccination status of Colon Cancer patients.
Quick summary, not vaccinated cancer patients
outnumber the vaccinated cancer patients. That's an amazing statistic considering there are more vaccinated individuals in New York and the United States in comparison to those not vaccinated. This punches a big hole in the misinformation/disinformation game of anti-vaxxers about cancers.
