That's the same idiot that initially believed the Pandemic was created by Democrats but he forgot that a Republican President was in office and Republicans in control of both branches.

Simply, he had access to the documents when Trump was in the Oval Office but made a decision that the Pandemic was a Hoax...people were dying for other reasons...not Coronavirus. Therefore, he had no interest until Trump lost the 2020 U.S. Presidential election.
