I would never call someone stupid unless it was not proven beyond doubt. I did not even call Achilles28 stupid simply because I don't know him, though he is definitely a total nutcase and a sad, angry guy.
Can you watch all of GWB's public appearances and tell me honestly you have the slightest doubt that he is stupid? Robin Williams called the time when Obama took over "the time America officially got out of mental rehab" and created a brilliant piece on US politics, possibly his best performance ever. I am not using this as proof but simply to highlight how most every American with an average intellect or above felt embarrassed to know GWB was representing the country. GWB did not have an IQ of 138,no matter what some professor with political motivation claims (I can show you 5 counter studies that claim the exact opposite of GWB's intelligence) . Its almost an insult to the term IQ to claim so. Obama is very intelligent, and that has nothing to do with his political orientation. I believe he did a very poor job, and he could have done way better after the credit everyone gave him when he entered office. But in any event he is intelligent andthat to a degree that blows GWB's brains out. I believe most anyone who is not an invested polit whore would agree with that.
