Just so long as we know it was all faux outrage from the left over mcconnell's comments as well, this is politics, of course we know that democrats are going to do everything in their power to make trump a 1 term president. McConnell was just stupid enough to say it publicly.

Fair enough. But these wealthy manipulators are not new, either. Isn't it fair to say there is more of this money coming from conservatives than from liberals, simply based on the familiar argument here that "liberals don't know how to make money".
