Just to be clear, there are two separate issues here.

Sondland testified that he felt like there was a QPQ tied to the white house meeting, but this didn't come from Trump, it came from Giuliani. He assumed that everything coming from Giuliani was from the president.

He also testified that he asked Trump what he wanted from Ukraine in regards to the aid. Trump said he wanted nothing. He wanted no QPQ. He just wanted Zelensky to do the right thing.

They need to get Giuliani on the stand. That will be interesting to watch if it happens.
