Son of Something Very Simplistic

Quah, I had this problem too and it seems to get over it you have to put your cursor on the first 2176T bar and see which 272T bar this corresponds too.
Mine is usually 14:33 (9:33 EST). Then to have them in sync just modify the setting like Dion outlined with startHour being 9 and startMinute being 33.

I tried that too - but it seems to only "fix" that first bar. The opens of the 2176T's don't match the opens of every 8 272T's from that point forward.

Do you think you might be able to help with the above problem found in esignal.

Andrew

I think I've found the "problem". Has something to do with the feed from the continuous contract symbol vs. the normal symbol. Using ES #F I have the "problem" - if I use ES Z2 i don't have any problem at all - they all align properly.

adlad: Thanks for pointing out the problem. There was a bug in the code where the green bars would not colour in real-time, only on the historically loaded bars.

I've updated the EFS on the website:

http://share.esignal.com/download.jsp?groupid=2&folder=&file=ssvs.efs

BTW; we have an Image Publisher feature in eSignal, just right-click on the chart, select 'Send Image To', and you can send the image with a caption to your FTP site directly from eSignal -- makes it really easy to post charts all over the place =).

Dion, Thank you for your fast responce. I loaded the new code and the green bar now appears live, however the circles and diamonds still touch the tick if you do not refresh.

Uploaded some screens:

As recommened I used the Image Publisher, works great thanks for the tip.

adlad: don't think i can do much about the image. I'd prefer not to redraw it all the time so as to save CPU cycles. Just pretend they float a little higher =).
