something wrong with IB tws 882

Check your "Start in" setting under the TWS icon's properties. Make sure it says "C:\Jts". It sounds like it can't find the jar file because it's running from a different directory.
 
I have figured out what is wrong ,the IB tws 882 conflicts with antivirus software.After I uninstalled the kapersky,everything is ok.but the problem still remains,I could not install the antivirus software.

Then you need to either:

1. Set kapersky to ignore the TWS directory (most av's can ignore specific files/directories).

2. Install AVG, Antivir (both free) or Nod32 instead.
