Quah,

Great thread. Thnx for sharing the system!

The small amount of backtesting I've done (2 weeks) with 1 min Momentum indicator also shows a very impressive success rate.

The one thing I find problematic is that there seems to be insufficient time between the first two trading times to all the 1st trade to resolve itself.

Just looking at the last week or so there have been a couple of occasions where the 9.33 trade hasn't concluded by the time 9.35 rolls around. But I guess if the 9.35 signal is in the same direction you could simply add a contract, and if it's a reverse signal simply flip the trade at the new opening price.

Yes, that is exactly what I've been doing during the two times that happened so far. Makes order entry a little confusing, but not really that hard. Thanks for the comments!

Going to take off early today. Nothing unusual today.

Seems that NQ has been trading a lot "smoother" than ES over the past couple of months - and this method seems to work better overall on NQ. I traded NQ a few times in the past, but always gave it up because I thought it was way too jumpy. Now is seems the opposite - that ES is too jumpy.

Anyone have any comments on why NQ seems to work better here - better stops? Would you anticipate NQ going back to being more volitile than ES again?

testing your fib. time idea over the weekend using various indicators, time intervals, my conclusion you must be one talent scalper and I am not. :(
