There is no right or wrong week to begin trading. You must learn from every mistake you make. Learn from every zig and zag in the instument you are trading.
Yesterday's game was a good example. A few false breakouts early , then chop suey. I'm sure some people got long out of boredom or guessing. The real move was to the downside later...and well played by patient players.

Alternative theory -- although, since no one else has mentioned it, it must be because the theory is pretty stupid . . .

Instead of buying spoos, "they" trade enough interest-rate instruments to force the yield low enough to activate the institutions' asset-allocation programs.

Any evidence?
