somebody/sec should investigate this futures crap!

should have sold and re-shorted in retrospect, but i hour til fomc minutes....should dip before that (maybe hold through on hawkish talk by fed minutes) but still i messed up that trade, still profitable, but could have sold and re-shorted at a decent price....such is life:)
 
ok--sell program came through.........why is the jobs # considered good (adp report) it looks to me as though the economy is slowing, from what i see in houston the last 5 months, looks like demand for oil is down, manufacturing seems overall to be slowing, retail sales margins were down, inflation is higher....what gives?
 
the adp report was not considered "good". It was considered unreliable. It is even more unreliable during november and december as are all labor statistics due to holiday employment.

In terms of "what gives", I believe its called a "bull market".
