These mass killings are usually done in GUN FREE ZONES like schools and theaters. I'll accept the stupid discussions when no government facilities and politicians are protected by guns. And when no country has a standing army. Seems like that would be a good start. Oh, and add no personal armed body guards.
 
"gun free zones" is just a red herring

there are simply too many handguns floating around the US,
for kids to get there hands on [one example]

it's getting popular for kids to go out and shoot someone
