Closed a small position on IB.

Have no clue of how to make it show the % profit instead of simple PNL in the deal list.

~4 months ~35%

Used the same monies and profit for position in RE owners (LA, Cali)

US mostly :
(IBKR)

Exposure :

In total the whole portfolio is down ~35%.

Still averaging in, in equities that i find cheap, based on intrinsic value.

Ain't gonna stop & ain't gonna, sell.


For now, making some art, 4x pushups until muscle failure & 4x on abs, until failure. Already did 4x pull-ups until failure while was in the city. Ain't gonna touch dumbbells today, need to rest.

Bought it. Framed.

One win, - the position was down 80%, ,,brought it back" to +10%. Sold above fair valuation.

The thing is 100% now.

Same gonna be with this one. Used to be down ~70%.

Will wait this time tho.

25~ positions in total. At the moment, it fits my life-needs. One successful swing and months rent gets paid.
Later on, will build some larger positions, but for now it is what it is.

Forget simple pie charts, let's see some of your art in color!

Tomorrow gonna visit a place for potential rent. If it's ok, then will be back to it in no time. The only colors tho, either green or red, for obvious reasons.

(recently +15~ new positions)

Next quarter or two expecting it to under-perform. Maybe even longer, cuz will increase position size/new positions.

Increased portfolio by 150%, with new funds.

Another source of additional funds could enlarge it to 300%.

So far, so good.
Except for the reactions of some people in the family when they found out. Only the grandma was like, ,,yay''. The rest were like, hmm, what a right smiley would be (?), this one , -

But it also might be that they simply don't give a s. Like, i don't care about their lives that much neither, because they're not trying to achieve anything new.

The allocation of capital among brokers and banks should look like this :

The banks have crazy commissions tho. Well, not that much more, but it's a old school type of commissions. On the other hand, would keep those longs for a year or two, so, - does it matter ?

Still, got to look more in depth on their policies when it comes to securities investing/trading.

p.s the funds from the bucket shop will move into IB. They called me few days ago and were like, - ,,Why don't you trade anymore''. Gave a true reason, yet now im thinking, - ,,Why did you moved our deposits to Cyprus ?''

Edit : no time for drawing even the ghay elves. Working every single day, 7 days per week, with few days off in the end of Jul.

Good. Monies for IB account. Will rest, 30 years later. Maybe. Tho, an average life span after retirement is 7 years, thus - don't retire.
Besides, how can you retire if you love that which you do.

I also feel the same way. I am personally awkward and insecure with social society.

Once I really wanted to talk to a girl, share things, but I was very shy and did not dare to express my feelings. In the end I just bottled it up.

Stupid me, I was very shy and nervous with girls, but craved love like a storybook romance. Yes, I know this sounds silly and childish, but that's all I can think of.

Btw, what do you want to achieve this year, of course, apart from getting prizes from the market?

It isn't that much that you have to do with them. Good body, sense of fashion and a nice smile.

Having my own place, where i could sit down and watch some adult stuff without interruptions and of course making some art. Or maybe a lot. Although. Sometimes i think that the initial intention was to make money and markets revealed a ,,new" way of making it, thus the drive partially is gone. But then i remember of days when i simply wanted just to draw (create) something nice.
You probably know that feeling that im talking about, since you got hobbies as well.

So that's it. Private place mostly.
