It may not be the easiest thing in the world because the Somali Coast is rather large (about the same size as the entire East Coast of the United States from Maine to Florida), but it could certainly be done if we were willing to put some skin in the game...but it appears that the messiah is not. (although most polls are starting to show that Americans are becoming really pissed off about being taken for a cuckold by a bunch of starving guys heading out ot sea in rubber dingy's, so he may yet take action, have to see what the numbers say tomorrow and then make a deal with Code Pink to allow it to go through)

They could (that being most regular boarding parties), but that would not create nearly the media event that Barry craves.
If he does anything expect it to be a repeat of the SEALS coming ashore in Somalia in 93 (to the news crews) so that Barry can show he is tough.
He will hold a Press Conferance that will last an hour (about 58 and a half minutes longer then it will take the SEALS to take the Pirates from the rubber dingy (excuse alumium hubbed survival thingy).
Then he will hit the talk shows and tell everyone how this was the hardest choise he ever had to make, lives hung in a delicate balance. Eventually Joe Biden had some words of wisdom (coz according to Joe he always provides the wisest of wise words at just the most important minute) and then he dramatically acted on them.
The Woman with the Huge Ass (that would be Michelle btw) will of course have to be involved, being Obama's comforter and chief as he desperatly waits by the phone for the message that all is well. (and for the teleprompters to show up so the camera's can roll)
