I got a conflict with AMP.
And they don't understand my problem.
I'd like you to tell me if you understand the issue.
I got the transactional X_Trader Standard subscription.
It's charged 0.5 per side therefore 1$ RT with a Min of 50$ Monthly.
For exemple... last month (Sep16) I've done 58RT.
Which is 58$ generated for the payment of the platform.
I am here, 8$ above the minimum (50$) monthly requirements.
However I've been debited 21$ for Monthly Min Sep16.
HERE IS THE F*CKING ISSUE.
I am not against the $50 per month Minimum.
I am against generating 58$ and being charged 21$ in addition.
Being charged 21$ for Min Monthly Requirement...
Is like having made only 29RT or 29$ for the month.
Which is not the case (I've done 58RT or 58$ payment).
Or it's like being charged 0.25 per side therefore 0.5$ RT,
Which is not the case ... It's 1$ RT as put on my statements.
What's wrong ? There is an incoherence somewhere.
No one use X_Trader with AMP that could explain this to me ?
What makes me crazy is the fact that "they don't get it".
