I'll be opening just such a site. But currently I'm using the info for my own trading because having too many people with that info will ruin my trading. Once the strategy stops working for me, I'll open the site and sell subscriptions showing my past trading results as samples of what it can do so people will sign up. :D

Plenty of software packages out there where you can write your own scans based on TA.
