The code you posted does not appear to be a strategy. Also, Jack Hershey's methods do not work on ES. They are for .SPX at Fidelity.

It doesn't look like the indicators in the zip file have any strategy logic but you can certainly add some. The problem is that this is not Jack Hershey's method.
 
Nice with the nogap chart, shouldn't have set it to 555 days though...

Stepan - when I try to draw horizontal lines and lines that I don't want to be attached to a a bar when using your toolset, it doesn't work. The lines automatically attaches to a bar. Is there a way to do this, or not?

Also, sometimes the last bar disappears and I have to update for it to show again. Is this a bug you or some else have encountered?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your answer. I'm just trying to draw "F2 and F6"-lines sometimes, but I don't know how to do it without having them attached to bars with your tool. It's not for drawing trendlines in realtime.

Lately I have been experiencing out-of-sync of both price and PRV bars with the timer. What happens is the next bar would not appear until it is about 10- 20 seconds into the next period, whether its 1 min or 5 mins bar.

Anyone experiencing the same and found out how to resolve it. This situation is making me doubt the PRV sometimes.

there is time delay in displaying prv to avoid start of bar volume surge.

Thanks for the response. I know about the time delay in PRV but that is not what I meant.

This case - the timer would run out or end but the current price and volume bar does not end (or specifically, close) at the same instance. They would go on for several to sometimes more seconds (I noticed sometimes up to 20 over seconds more) into the next timer period.

Another way of describing it is the price and volume bar would close well into the next time period, up to 20 over seconds into the next timer period e.g. for a 5 min chart, the price and volume bars would close when the next timer already started counting down to say a remaining of 4:48 instead of right at 5:00.

Hope this is clear.
 
you may have to use stephan's software for prv part as these indicators are several versions behind and I don't have enough skill to bring them up-to-date.
