Software to screen entire US stock market

Hello,
i'm looking for a stock screener software with following requirements:

- Screen entire us stock market intraday
-Ability to write own indicator to base scan on custom criterias
-Must work on PRE and POST market

This is exactly what TC2000 does, but for some reason they decided premarket isn't worth scanning.

i tried trade-ideas but can't have my own indicator as filter of scan.

About esignal, do you have experience with this? Can I scan entire market fast, with custom indicator in premarket?

I have used the esignal scanner that works pre market. Ask them if it is programmable.
 
Tradestation: I tried it and indeed it is programmable, but any custom criterias are scanned locally, which makes it very slow compared to tc2000 and I guess esignal.
