Software to archive images, text, links.

I'm looking for a simple way to store and access small chunks of info.
Something easy to add, search, and link each entry / 'post'.

So far phpBB looks the simplest from a user's point of view.
Any thoughts, ideas?

I'm not clear what you are attempting, but another possibility might be one of the modern "note-taking" apps. Many are open source and/or no cost.

Myself, I am a big fan of obsidian... the graph view is amazing, for my purposes!
There are several no cost, full-featured, old-school(ish) hierarchical-structure note taking apps as well.
